Brand Collective is a leading footwear and apparel house of brands in Australia, with a portfolio of iconic owned and licensed brands. Brand Collective also owns Shoes & Sox, Australia's leading independent children's footwear specialist. The business has +1,200 employees and sells through ~90 branded retail sites, ~40 Shoes & Sox Myer concessions as well as company owned websites, and a combination of major department stores and discount department stores.

ACP acquired 100% of Brand Collective from then ASX-listed Pacific Brands in December 2014. In March 2015, ACP also acquired Shoes & Sox from its founders. As the largest customer for Brand Collective licensed brand Clarks shoes, this acquisition was highly complementary to the existing business, enhancing Brand Collective's pathway to the customer and improving its position in the footwear value chain.

As part of these acquisitions, ACP developed a comprehensive rejuvenation plan for the business. Together with increased strategic focus and investment, the improvements implemented under this plan were designed to leverage the full potential of Brand Collective’s enviable brand portfolio.

In the recent COVID effected times, the business executed further transformation in the quality and resilience of the business, including an organisational redesign, acceleration of digital capability and online sales and a sustainable, step change in supply chain and inventory management.

Simon Woodhouse, ACP Managing Director and Brand Collective Chairman said “the systems, processes, and disciplines implemented at Brand Collective have driven a material increase financial performance, diversified revenue to a true omni-channel proposition and positioned the business for sustainable future growth.  We are excited about the future prospects of Brand Collective under the ownership of the LK Group, who are able to leverage off the strong platform to deliver this growth.”
