Prior to joining Anchorage in 2022, Caleb was the CEO of Anchorage portfolio company, Brand Collective (Fund II), where he led the business through a period of significant growth and transformation, and exit. Prior to this, he held leadership roles at Pacific Brands and began his career at KPMG.

Caleb is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University in Melbourne.
