Prior to joining Anchorage in 2018, Monica spent over 7 years in the Finance division of Macquarie Group, supporting the asset management, trading and mortgages businesses.

Monica is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a combined Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney.
